Biography

Zenaide was born and raised in Miami Florida.  New to the music industry, Zenaide plans to release her debut album in October of 2016.

After graduation from Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach Fl. where she majored in music education, she went to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of becoming a performer  At that time Zenaide’s style of music was opera, then after a short while in L. A it became soulful, and after her tremendous testimony of coming to Christ, since then it has become gospel

Zenaide nicely fuses these 3 styles of music together, resulting in a distinct sound that is dynamic.

When I asked my youngest daughter to describe my voice she said chocolate.  I asked, what do you mean by that?  She said rich, dark, sweet, and decadent. I love embracing where I am now, serving God and his people without any regrets.  Zenaide believes that it’s not time to stop but time to take inventory of what you’ve done or not done as of yet and complete all that God has given you to do as you finish your course focused on pleasing God.

This project has been a been a blessing to pursue for surely it has fired me up to be sent for into all the world to preach the gospel through song.
